Do I have to be a member of Thriveology to participate in Project Recharge?


Absolutely not! We welcome anybody who is ready to make a change in their life. The only thing we'll ask, once you've registered, is to go through our on-boarding process to help you learn our system and get acclimated to the exercises and routines we'll be doing in classes.


How will the payments work?


Your first payment will come out upon registration. Payment #2 will be taken out half way through the program. The last payment will be taken out at the completion of the program. There is also a Paid in Full option if you will like to knock it all out up front.


When are the Fitness Classes and when is the Lifestyle Development Workshop?


To view our Group Fitness Class schedule, simply click the button above. The Lifestyle Development workshop will be held every Monday during Project Recharge from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.


Can't make a workshop? No Problem! We'll be recording every workshop and distributing it to anybody who wasn't able to make it to that session.


What is the Lifestyle Development Workshop all about?


That's a great question! Each week you will be introduced to a new habit. The workshop is an opportunity to gain some surface-level education, ask questions, and gain clarity on the habit and how to implement it into your life. The daily emails following each workshop will be material supporting that habit and giving you tips and tricks on how to make it a part of your daily routine.
