In our previous series, we started a conversation about Calories. Counting Calories is one of the most popular strategies for losing weight. And, when done correctly, can be very effective. However, there’s much more to the equation than just “Calories-in VS Calories”.   In this series, we’ll be talking about the second part of that equation: Calories-out. There are a number of factors that go into play when it comes to burning Calories, many of which are easily overlooked or simply neglected.   So, empowering yourself with the knowledge behind what happens when you’re burning Calories throughout day will go a long way in helping you achieve your health and fitness goals, no matter if you’re trying to lose weight, improve performance, or put on muscle.   In this episode of Burning Calories (part #1) we discuss…
  • How many Calories in takes to burn a pound of fat
  • Why you should be more realistic with your fat loss goals
  • How shifting away from ultraprocessed foods helps with Calories regulation
  • Why fiber and protein intake are important
  • So much more…
