GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
If you’re ready for an exciting, fun, personalized experience, come check out our Group Fitness Classes. We program our classes to help you achieve your ultimate level of health and vitality. They are developed in a way that helps you continue to progress so that you don’t hit those dreaded plateaus. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, get stronger or simply become more flexible, our classes will get you to your goals. Also, this is where the full experience of The Pack really comes to life! With accountability and unrelenting support (and sometimes a bit of jabbering back-and-forth), our community will push you to perform at your best.
Most personal training is done in a 1-on-1 setting and can cost as much as $80 per hour in the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area. We believe that anyone should be able to have access to the highest quality training. That’s why our Personal Training is done in a semi-private group setting of 2 to 4 people. You still have the benefits of an individualized program, pay half the cost and have more scheduling flexibility while not paying the price of 1-on-1 training. Having others to train with you will lead you to push yourself to your limit. Your training partners will also help hold you accountable, acting as a support group to help you achieve your goals.
