ARE YOU READY TO BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF!?!
Most personal training is done in a 1-on-1 setting and can cost as much as $80 per hour in the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area. We believe that anyone should be able to have access to the highest quality training. That’s why our Personal Training is done in a semi-private group setting of 2 to 4 people. You still have the benefits of an individualized program, pay half the cost and have more scheduling flexibility while not paying the price of 1-on-1 training. Having others to train with you will lead you to push yourself to your limit. Your training partners will also help hold you accountable, acting as a support group to help you achieve your goals.
HOW WE HELP YOU ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS...
We are very particular in how we develop programs for new Members of The Pack. We don't believe that there is a one-size-fits-all program that can accomplish anybodies goals. We are all different, with different body type, different fitness levels, and at different phases in life. In order for us to properly understand you and who you are, we have a 3 step process that leads our program developments:
#1) Lifestyle Strategy Session
First, we need to get to know you. And in order to do that we have you go through our extensive Lifestyle Review process. this includes answering questions regarding your current physical condition, injuries, stress levels, nutrition habits and more. This information will guide as we put your program for Vitality together.
#2) Movement Assessment
Next, we need to see how you move. Everybody is different, and in order for us to see where you may need attention, we need to see how you move. This is an extremely low impact, minimal effort assessment...so no worries on passing or failing. this is all about you.
#3) Capacity Assessment
The final thing we'll look at is where you are with your physical capacity. What is capacity you ask? Great question. Your physical capacity is simply a gauge on how long your body can perform in certain physical tasks. Sounds intimidating, right? Not at all, you'll actually be happy to see where you are with regards to your current physical condition so you can see how far you can go in a short amount of time.
